Watermelon Juice - A sweet and delicate  sugar free juice made using watermelon , is definitely a wonderful  thirst-quencher for this climate. 

Watermelon is one of the fruit that is available all year- around,but we prefer to have this delicious and nutritous fruit during summer.This fruit is very low in calories,  packed with vitamins and anti-oxidants .It consists of 92% of water and the flesh near the rind has the highest content of nutrients. 

While buying watermelon , select the ones with smooth and dark green skin , you can hear a hollow sound , while thumping a ripe watermelon. Now go pick up some good, ripe ones and enjoy the summer in a healthier way.

For this recipe you need

• 1 small watermelon
• Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Preparation

Using a sharp knife , chop the watermelon into chunks, chopping the skin and discarding the black seeds.

Place the watermelon chunks in a juicer and blend it well.

Pour the juice directly into glasses and serve immediately. If you want it chilled, add ice cubes before serving.
