MACARONI UPMA

If you want you can add veggies to make it healthy

Macaroni Upma - A very quick and tasty upma to prepare.
For this Upma you need
1 cup of pasta
1 onion
1 tomato
2 green chillies
1 tsp. of mustard and urad dal
A sprig of curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Preparation1 cup of pasta
1 onion
1 tomato

1 tsp. of mustard and urad dal
A sprig of curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Boil water and add macaroni along with salt and little oil.
When the macaroni turns tender(approx. this takes around 10 - 15 mins.) , drain the excess water and keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard and urad dal, when they stop spluttering add the curry leaves and saute for a min.
Add the chopped green chillies , saute for a min.
Add the chopped onion, saute it until they turn translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes, along with salt. when the tomatoes get cooked, add the macaroni and mix it gently.
Healthy tasty Macaroni Upma is ready to be served.......
